I began my career as a real estate attorney at Stoel Rives LLP in Portland. Then I spent 13 years in the real estate investment/ development business with Homer Williams. Among many projects, from raw land to income-producing properties, I managed the development and marketing of the Forest Heights community in northwest Portland.
Although I've worked extensively in the new home market, I've never stopped being fascinated by the homes in our older Portland neighborhoods. I've watched long-term trends develop, and learned to judge what locations and other factors increase home values. I also benefit from the wisdom and experience of my mother, June Thompson, a 27-year veteran and top producer with Windermere Cronin & Caplan Realty Group.
I love using my expertise to help my friends and neighbors realize their real estate dreams, and maximize their investments in their homes.
As a native Portlander, I graduated from Chapman Elementary, Lincoln High, Columbia University, and U of O Law School. My husband and I are raising a daughter, a student at Chapman, where we both volunteer. Vacations at our Sunriver home, golf, windsurfing and ivy removal in Forest Park are favorite pasttimes.
