I was first licensed in Real Estate in 1978 and fell in love with it immediately. I loved matching people with properties, and assisting sellers in the marketing of their homes. I actively sold there in Orange County until 1994.

With our children out of the nest, my husband Burr and I started seriously exploring Washington state as a possible area we would retire to, as so many of our friends had done and loved it. Then we visited Portland and the Oregon Coast and knew we had found our new home. We settled in Surf Pines and now, fifteen years later, we are still convinced that we live in the Garden of Eden.

Real estate had been a truly rewarding career for me, in many ways. Many of my dearest friends started out as clients. So, soon after we arrived I got my real estate license and spent about a year selling at Barbara Sue Seal Properties in Seaside. Then I chose to spend a year or so in my garden, and enjoy the sites and the beauty of the North Coast of Oregon that had drawn us here in the first place. Later, in 2000, I joined Windermere Cronin and Caplan Realty Group with offices in Gearhart and Cannon Beach. It is a truly professional company of top quality brokers that I am proud to be affiliated with.
